Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Night Hollow Emporium. Because many of my products are handmade or digital in nature, please review my policy before placing an order.

 

Digital Products

All digital products, including PDF cross stitch patterns and downloadable files, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of digital products, files cannot be returned once delivered.

 

Handmade Candles

Due to the handmade nature of my candles, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for candle purchases.

 

Other Physical Products

Some physical products may be eligible for a return or exchange if they meet the requirements below. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details regarding the issue.

To be eligible for consideration, items must:

• be unused and in their original condition
• include original packaging when possible
• include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos showing any visible shipping damage

Requests are reviewed individually. If approved, a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution may be offered.

 

Non-Eligible Returns

I cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Digital downloads
• Candles
• Used items
• Custom or personalized items
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Orders with incorrect shipping information entered during checkout

European Union Orders

If an item is shipped to a customer within the European Union, consumer rights may apply where required by law.
