Digital Products

Digital products, including PDF cross stitch patterns and downloadable files, are delivered automatically after purchase.

No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

Processing Times

Because many items from Night Hollow Emporium are handmade, processing times may vary depending on the item purchased.

Estimated processing times:

• Digital products: Delivered automatically after purchase
• Handmade physical products: Processing times will be listed within individual product listings

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on:

• carrier delays
• weather conditions
• holidays
• customs processing
• circumstances outside of my control

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Address Information

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

Night Hollow Emporium is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

 

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of any visible shipping damage

Damage requests are reviewed individually and may qualify for a replacement, refund, store credit, or another resolution if approved.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of my direct control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will do my best to help locate or resolve the issue.

 

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Night Hollow Emporium is not responsible for these fees.
