All my art works and labels are made straight from me with my handy dandy iPad - no AI is used in any of my artistic process ★

All candles are hand-poured with care and attention to detail.

Because they are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur, making each piece unique.

I also create my own custom soy wax and fragrance blends using materials sourced from trusted suppliers, allowing each scent to feel unique to my shop ★

You’re welcome to sell finished HANDMADE pieces created from my patterns. I just ask that you credit Night Hollow Emporium or Syn (me, the artist) from Night Hollow Emporium as the original designer.

The pattern files themselves may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold as they are my copyright.

New goodies will be added through shop drops, seasonal releases, and random little bursts of creativity when my brain decides it wants to behave.

My candles are made using carefully chosen coco soy wax blends created to bring a dark but cozy atmosphere into your space.

I use an 8–10% fragrance load to create a noticeable heavenly scented experience designed to fill your space without feeling overpowering.

Each candle is crafted with comfort, ambiance, and cozy moments in mind ☾

Because digital products can’t exactly be un-downloaded and candles are handmade, I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads and it's a case by case basis for candles.

• the packaging

• any visible shipping damage

Damage requests are reviewed individually and may qualify for a replacement, refund, or another solution.
